Maksym Kalashnyk

Maksym Kalashnyk is a skilled front-end engineer with extensive experience in developing user interfaces for diverse clients, particularly in the healthcare and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Front-End Engineer at Uptech since October 2019, Maksym engages in direct client communication, architectural decision-making, performance optimization, and collaboration with international teams. Prior experience includes roles at Agri Chain, Webkitchen, and the Television Company "KYIV," where responsibilities included developing UI components, managing development teams, and configuring broadcast equipment. Maksym holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and has completed specialized training in front-end development.
