Previously, Steve held similar roles at Instrumental Inc. and Proofpoint, where Steve advanced customer care and engagement for technology-driven solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Critical Customer Care at Okta, Inc., and leading efforts in customer support and training at NextLabs. With a solid foundation built at EMC and Autonomy Corporation, Steve blends operational expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
