Georg Timper

Georg Timper has over 15 years of work experience. In 2006, they began their career as an Army Private at Jydske Dragonregiment. In 2015, they became an Armament Officer at Forsvaret. In 2016, they joined FLSmidth Airtech as a Field Engineer, supervising the installation of two baghouse filters on the brand new 9500 TPD cementline Indarung VI. In 2017, they were promoted to Field Engineer at FLSmidth Airtech, supervising the construction of two new electrostatic precipitators and a retrofit of an existing one on a pulp and paper factory. In 2021, they moved to ANDRITZ as a Sales Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Co-founder and COO of Uptimus.

Georg Timper completed an Elective - bachelor degree in Operations Management - Driving Competitiveness through Operational Effectiveness at Copenhagen Business School in 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a VES2 degree from Naval Technical School (Søværnets Teknikskole) in 2015, in the field of Weapons, electronics and sensors. Georg also attended the Royal Danish Naval Academy from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a First lieutenant degree in Naval leadership and technology - marine engineer.
