Akansha is a dynamic Senior Executive with approximately 20 years of leadership experience in investment banking and asset management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Financial Services Knowledge & Intelligence at UPTIQ, Akansha is also a derivatives trader specializing in intraday strategies. Previously, Akansha held roles at BlackRock and Barclays, where they led large teams and drove operational excellence through strategic initiatives including robotics process automation and digital transformation. Akansha is passionate about developing future leaders and has successfully launched several initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion within organizations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and an MBA from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
