Hedda Bergström

Hedda Bergström is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in customer experience and user experience leadership. Currently serving as Head of UX at Uptive since October 2017, Hedda oversees a ten-member team focused on UX/UI. Prior roles include CX-Lead & Strategist Consultant at Gothia Towers, responsible for improving customer journey elements, and CX Lead at Collector Bank, where strategic oversight encompassed UX, analysis, research, and UI for the consumer segment. Additional experience includes working as a UX strategist at Dinnovate, enhancing digital services at Stena Metall, and consulting roles in various organizations. Hedda holds an MSc in Interaction Design and Technologies from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Systemvetenskap from the University of Gothenburg.
