Adam Noffsinger

Adam Noffsinger has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Bartender at Uptown Cafe since September 2021. Previously, Adam held several prominent positions, including Assistant Development Chef at The Apollo Group, Chef de Cuisine at Alexanders Steakhouse and The Oak Door at Grand Hyatt Tokyo, and Chef de Partie at Restaurant Daniel. Adam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Purdue University, an Associate of Occupational Science in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, and study in East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Indiana University Bloomington.
