Kevin Noakes has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as General Manager at Uptown Communications, a Rogers Authorized Dealer, since March 2015. In this role, Kevin oversees 140 staff across 22 retail locations and is responsible for various functions including sales, accounting, inventory, operations, IT, and marketing. Kevin's strategic leadership focuses on growth, budget control, employee motivation, and operational efficiency. Previously, Kevin held the position of Corporate Sales Director, where a significant revitalization of the company's sales strategy was achieved through comprehensive analysis and new account approaches. Kevin's background includes multiple roles at Rogers Communications, culminating in a National Account Manager position, where Kevin was pivotal in developing and managing new distribution channels for B2B solutions. Kevin holds a Marketing and Advertising degree from Durham College, earned between 1991 and 1994.
