Patty Griffin

Patty Griffin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential and commercial property management, development, and brokerage. As Principal Managing Partner at Duval Station Landing LLC since August 2014, Patty oversees the luxury apartment complex featuring 104 class A units. Additionally, as Broker/Owner of Uptown Realty since March 2008, Patty provides guidance in various real estate sectors, including commercial properties and investments. Serving as President CEO of First Coast Land Development Inc. since January 2003, Patty manages commercial and multifamily developments as well as land acquisitions. Patty also manages rental properties through Patdan Enterprises LLC and has held the position of Executive Vice President at Weather Engineers, Inc. since 1989. Patty's background includes a systems manager role at Crowley Maritime and academic credentials from the University of North Florida, combined with a real estate broker license from the Florida Real Estate Institute.
