Rachael Davis

Rachael Davis is a highly experienced real estate broker at Uptown Realty since March 2014, specializing in seller representation, short sales, buyer representation, investment properties, consulting, and staging. Prior experience includes ownership of RNK Investment Properties LLC, providing cash home buyer services and short-term rentals from 2012 to 2020. Additionally, Rachael served as a construction manager at Gainey Construction Company LLC, focusing on residential new construction from April 2016 to November 2019, and was a project manager at Davis Home Maintenance LLC, offering handyman services from 2012 to 2019. Rachael's career began with 20 years of service in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2014, where roles included special purpose vehicle maintenance, imagery analysis, and functional management. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southwestern College, as well as two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Communication Application Technologies and Vehicle Maintenance, along with a high school diploma from Denfeld High School.
