Shivani Agarwal is the CMO and Co-Founder of Uptownie, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in International Capital Markets at Allen & Overy from March 2021 to June 2022 and completing a legal internship at the Chambers of Menaka Guruswamy, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, from November 2020 to March 2021. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from the University of Chicago. Prior roles also encompass research positions focused on constitutionalism and incentive mechanisms, and a consultancy internship with the Boston Consulting Group.
