Gina Henschen

Gina Henschen serves as the Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at UPtv, a position held since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading negotiations for various agreements related to distribution, content licensing, and production for original programming. Prior to this role, Gina Henschen held multiple positions at The Weather Channel from July 2001 to August 2014, including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Director of Business & Legal Affairs, overseeing negotiations for content acquisition and compliance review of advertising standards. Earlier in their career, Gina Henschen operated a law office and worked at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., as Director of Business Affairs. Gina Henschen holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a BS in Commercial Music Recording with a Business Concentration from Georgia State University.
