Uday Raina

Uday Raina is a Principal Software Engineer at Uptycs since January 2023, focusing on the development of the osquery tool to enhance security and compliance through real-time system activity monitoring. Previously, Uday contributed to the resilience and scalability of data-intensive applications as a Member of Technical Staff at Cohesity from August 2021 to January 2023. Uday also served as a Staff Software Engineer at Blaize from September 2014 to August 2021, where development included User Mode and DRM-based Linux Kernel Mode Drivers for embedded systems. Early career experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation between August 2011 and April 2014, participating in the development of media and graphics memory drivers for Windows and Android platforms. Uday holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science in Economics, both from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed between 2006 and 2011.
