Tom Baur

Tom Baur is a FinTech enthusiast with a strong background in technology consulting and extensive experience in product management and operations. They joined Trade Republic at its pre-seed stage, where they built and scaled the trading, post-trading, and core banking infrastructure. Currently, Tom leads the Operations department at Upvest, after recently heading Trade Republic's Business Operations and overseeing significant team growth. They hold a Master of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Universität Potsdam and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
