Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading software development and BPM consulting initiatives. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held roles such as Director - Global Head for BPM Pre-sales at Virtusa, and Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, both deputized by Wipro Technologies. With a background in BPM architecture, solutions design, and team management across various sectors including finance and telecommunications, Sebastiraj has demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, process optimization, and governance. Educated with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy, Sebastiraj has developed a solid foundation in software engineering and product development since the start of their career at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd.
