Colleen Wham

Colleen Wham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Services at Upward Health since May 2017, Wham has been instrumental in establishing the Business Services Department, overseeing client relationships, and managing marketing and licensing initiatives. Previous roles at Upward Health include Director of Business Services, Director of Operations, and Director of Clinical Operations, contributing to facets such as patient enrollment, process development, and operational oversight. Prior to Upward Health, Wham worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Care Advocate, focusing on high-risk members, and at the Children's Crisis Treatment Center, providing trauma therapy to affected youth. Wham's career began in public health as an HIV Incidence Surveillance Investigator for the City of Philadelphia. Colleen Wham holds a Master of Science degree in Health/Medical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
