Victoria Abel, MBA, PMP, CBPP, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Process Excellence at Upward Health, where responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinical program delivery and optimize patient care. With a strong background in process design and management, Victoria has previously held leadership roles at Optum Infusion Pharmacy, where efforts focused on large-scale process improvements and stakeholder engagement, and at Cerner Corporation, providing support to healthcare clients. Victoria began her career in event planning and youth sports program management, showcasing a diverse skill set in project leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Victoria holds an MBA from Washburn University and a B.A. in Sport Management, complemented by a Business minor.
