Vinnie Gupta

Vinnie Gupta has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the President and Co-Founder of Upward Path Institute, which offers a program to develop students' credentials, skills, and mindset for college and career success. Before that, they were the President and Co-Founder of UCEazy, a company simplifying high school and college admissions for students with parents educated outside the U.S. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Vinnie had roles in strategic partnerships at Cisco Systems, Inc., and business development in global K-12 and higher education vertical market at SUN Microsystems. Vinnie also served as the Director of Business Development at Laserfiche, where they played a crucial role in identifying and developing niche markets, leading to significant market shares in K-12 and local government.

Vinnie Gupta has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed from 1981 to 1985. Vinnie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 1985 to 1987. In 1996, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management for a program in New Product Introduction.
