Shannon Wallace has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Shannon began their career in 2003 as General Manager, Bar Manager, Server and Bartender for LGO Hospitality LLC. In 2004, they took on the role of Recipe4Taste. In 2009, Wallace joined Upward Projects Restaurant Group, where they held the positions of Sales Catering Coordinator, Postino Central, and Postino Lohi. Shannon also worked for Joyride Taco House, Windsor, and Federal Pizza.

Shannon Wallace attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute from 2003 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
