Natalie Kramer has over a decade of diverse experience in business development and management roles. Currently serving as a Partner Onboarding and Business Development Manager at Upward Sports, Inc. since March 2020, Natalie's expertise includes fostering relationships and enhancing organizational growth. Previously, Natalie held the position of Director of Business Development at Home Instead Senior Care from February 2016 to March 2020 and served as a Deputy Sheriff at Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office from August 2011 to January 2016. Natalie's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lander University, obtained between 2006 and 2010, and a high school diploma from Pembroke Pines Charter High School, earned in 2006.
