Matthew Reilly

Matthew Reilly has a diverse work experience, primarily in marketing and growth roles. Matthew co-founded Upwards in 2017 and served as the Chief Product Officer. Before that, they worked as the Head of Growth at Honey from 2016 to 2017. Matthew also served as the Director of Marketing & Growth at RadPad from 2015 to 2016 and was a Co-founder and Director of Marketing at AlphaDraft from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they co-founded and managed SurfParkCentral from 2013 to 2014. Matthew worked as a Director of UX and Marketing Consultant at eBoost Consulting from 2011 to 2014 and as a Workshop Facilitator & Mentor at Lean Startup Machine from 2012 to 2013. Matthew Reilly has also worked in marketing consultancy roles at The Action Sports Collective and Lococo Sports, and they founded TheDubGrub.

Matthew Reilly holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University. Matthew also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Cognitive Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
