Marina Ovchar

Marina Ovchar has a long history of experience in the accounting field. Marina began their career in 2012 as an Intern at EY, then moved up to Staff II in 2013. In 2015, they became a Senior Accountant at EAT Club, where they led the efforts to re-design and standardize core financial accounting and reporting processes to ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Marina then moved to Guidewire Software in 2017, where they held the role of Senior Accountant. In 2019, they became the Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting at Poshmark, and most recently in 2021, they were appointed Director of Accounting at Upwave.

Marina Ovchar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara between 2011 and 2013. Marina is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
