Deborah Klotz

Deborah Klotz is an accomplished professional in qualitative research, currently serving as the Vice President of Insights at Upwords Inc since April 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Research Dimensions, where Deborah held titles such as Vice President of Qualitative Research and Senior Research Director from June 2009 to March 2022. Additional positions include Vice President of Qualitative Research at Forum Research and Faculty at RD Centre for Learning. Deborah also has experience in project management and research roles across several organizations, starting as a Researcher at Research Dimensions and eventually becoming a Qualitative Project Manager at CRC Toronto. A graduate of the University of Toronto - University College, Deborah earned an H.BSc in Psychology and English between 2002 and 2007.
