Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Upwork since May 2024, focusing on Figma software and graphic design principles. Previously, as UX Director at AppMacy's from January 2021 to April 2024, Caroline led a team that redesigned the Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s apps with a strong emphasis on personalization and in-store utility. At Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from September 2016 to January 2021, Caroline directed the digital product visual design team, successfully launching a comprehensive app and enhancing the performance of 23 brand sites. Prior positions include Digital Design Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where Caroline managed design initiatives across multiple platforms, and Senior Art Director at latitude/The Richards Group, creating various promotional programs. Caroline holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame and a degree in Graphic Design from Miami Ad School Atlanta.
