Dukagjin Sadrijaj is an experienced Google Workspace and Office 365 Engineer and Digital Transformation Consultant with extensive expertise in IT project management and digital solutions. Since June 2011, Dukagjin has been providing thought leadership and client strategies at PROPER ICT, focusing on Google Workspace/Office 365 architecture, deployment, migration, and training, alongside change management initiatives. With a strong background in various IT roles, including IT Project Manager for the Assembly of Republic of Kosovo, Dukagjin has demonstrated skills in managing digital transformation projects, system administration, and ICT consultancy for EU scholarship schemes. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and MSc in Software Engineering and Telecommunications from The University of Sheffield, along with a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Prishtina.
