Jonathan Pappas

Jonathan Pappas is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation across various technology companies. Currently serving as Product Director at Upwork since December 2023, Jonathan previously led product initiatives at Headroom Inc. as the Head of Product during its acquisition by Upwork. Other notable roles include VP Product, Growth at Connect The Dots and Senior Director of Product Management at Pendo.io, where Jonathan was instrumental in creating the successful "Pendo Free" go-to-market strategy. Jonathan's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Salesforce, where significant revenue growth was achieved, as well as founding Boredat, an anonymous social network for educational institutions. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University.
