Kadir Goksal

Kadir Goksal is a DevOps Engineer currently working at Nimbous and Upwork, where expertise includes designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Java Spring Boot projects and managing AWS infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as a Q&A Tester for Yıldız Holding, overseeing the QA of the GLASS legal database website for over 1.5 years, and holding the position of Chairperson of the Diplomacy Club at Marmara University, where organizational duties included significant educational programs. Kadir has an extensive academic background, including a Master of Laws from Koç University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, and another Bachelor's degree in Law from İstanbul Şehir University, complemented by a focus on Human Rights Law at Leiden University.
