Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutrióloga at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
