Oleksandr Chumak is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. As the Founder of Web Help Agency since October 2015, Oleksandr specializes in architecting and delivering high-quality code while addressing complex production issues. Serving as CTO at IBDM since April 2016, Oleksandr provides vision and leadership to technology teams, focusing on software engineering best practices and scalable web applications. Additionally, Oleksandr has experience as a PHP/WordPress Developer on Upwork since January 2014, and previously contributed as a Front End Developer at BIT Studios and as a Project Manager at KPD Media. Oleksandr holds a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Poltav'skij Nacional'nij Tehnicnij Universytet imeni Yuriya Kundratiuka, completed in 2009.
