Customer Service Operations at UQ Sport

Naomi Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Naomi started their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at Timothy Fitzpatrick's Landsborough Chemist in 2010 and worked there until 2018. In 2014, Naomi joined UQ Sport as a Customer Service Operations staff member and later transitioned to the role of Childcare Worker, responsible for supervising and instructing the UQ Sport Kids Club holiday programs. Naomi left UQ Sport in 2018.

In 2017, Naomi took on multiple roles simultaneously. Naomi was a Student Dietitian at the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH), The Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, and headspace. These opportunities allowed their to gain hands-on experience in the field of dietetics.

Additionally, in 2017, Naomi co-founded the Allied Health Project, a team of practicing and student health professionals from various disciplines. Through social media platforms and their website, the project aimed to share evidence-based information about different health professions.

Most recently, Naomi worked as a Community Dietitian at Praxis Physiotherapy starting in July 2018, where they likely provided dietary support and guidance to patients.

Naomi Fitzpatrick completed their education timeline with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from The University of Queensland, where they studied Human Movements and Nutrition Studies from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Matthew Flinders Anglican College from 2001 to 2013, without obtaining a specific degree or field of study. Naomi further pursued their academic journey by earning a Master's degree in Dietetics from The University of Queensland, specializing in Human Movements and Nutrition Studies from 2017 to 2018.
