Previously, Genrong served as a Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach at Telenor, leading a diverse team of developers responsible for web applications. Genrong's experience includes a role as Director of Consulting Services and Client Executive at CGI, managing IT architects and fostering team cohesion. At Tele2, Genrong held multiple positions, including Head of Enterprise Solutions, leading technical sales specialists, and Product Manager for B2B services. Genrong began a career in tech sales and RF & Microwave design, following a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
