Queency Nzubechukwu Okechukwu

Queency Nzubechukwu Okechukwu is a seasoned research engineer with extensive experience in biotechnology, food chemistry, and product development. Currently employed at Ural Federal University, Queency integrates biotechnology for the bio-transformation of organic resources and industrial waste, focusing on developing methods to extract valuable compounds from food production waste. As a graduate student research assistant at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Queency investigated liver cell functionality and microbial signals impacting liver functions. Previous experience includes leading product development at BeersFan Brewery, redesigning portfolios, and creating innovative craft beer.
