Ilya Khait

Ilya Khait has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Ilya began in 1993 as the CEO of ALR R&C Co., where they served until 1998. In 1998, they joined OMZ as the Director of Strategic Planning until 2001. In 2002, Khait became the CEO of IMZ-Ural, a position they still hold.

Ilya Khait graduated from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 1986 with a degree in metallurgy.
