David Kong

Mr. Kong is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He most recently served as a partner of Ernst & Young LLP from 2005 to 2010. He earlier served as a partner of Ellis Foster, Chartered Professional Accountants of Vancouver, British Columbia from 1981 to 2004. He is a certified director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a director of several mining companies.
