Rick Rice

Rick Rice has extensive experience in the construction industry. Rick began their career at Ryan Engineering, Inc. in 2000 as an Estimator/Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. Rick then joined Proven Management as a Project Manager until 2014. From 2014 onwards, Rick has been working at Urata & Sons Concrete, LLC, holding various positions including Senior Project Manager, VP of Construction Management LLC Member, and currently serving as the Executive Vice President. In 2021, they also became a member of the CIEF Board of Trustees at the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange.

Rick Rice attended Cabrillo College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Construction and Energy Management. Additionally, in March 2014, they received certification as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (QSD) from the State of California.
