Lawrence Gutterman

Lawrence Gutterman is a seasoned architecture professional with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently a Senior Associate at Urbahn Architects since February 2017, Lawrence previously served as Associate Partner at Beyer Blinder Belle from June 1997 to October 2016, where responsibilities included client interaction, contract negotiations, and supervision of design staff. Earlier roles include Project Architect at Urbahn Architects, focusing on major commuter station rehabilitations, and positions at Paino Soffes and Helpern Architects. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a diploma from Horace Mann School.
