Yaakov Blum is an architectural designer with a diverse background in various building types, including high-end and affordable residential, commercial, art fairs, art galleries, and museums. Currently employed at Urbahn Architects since February 2023, Blum has previously held positions as an architectural designer at studioMDA and SDF Architect, where responsibilities included conducting zoning analyses, drafting drawing sets, and performing surveys across multiple projects in New York and Long Island. Prior experience includes roles as an architectural draftsperson at Fifield Piaker Elman Architects and internships focused on design, modeling, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Yaakov Blum holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York and a minor in Theatre, alongside a legal education from Mirrer Yeshiva High School.
