Mike Bails

Mike Bails is a seasoned Realtor and Owner at Urban Acres Real Estate, where Mike has been a leader in sales for new construction homes, development, income, and investment properties. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Realtor at Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS®. Mike has been in the real estate industry since 1999 and has been actively involved in The Iowa City Area Home Builder’s Association. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
