Thembi Maiden

Thembi Maiden, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Operations at Urban Affairs Coalition since April 2019, with previous roles as HR Manager and Sr. HR Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at Tasty Baking Company as HR Generalist and HR Administrator, and at the University of Pennsylvania as Administrative Coordinator supporting the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research. Additional roles encompass administrative support at JEVS Human Services, West Insurance Group, and CIGNA. Thembi holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Development from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Peirce College, complemented by a brief educational experience at Villanova University.
