Philippe Rapin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban data analytics, public-private partnerships, and advisory roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of Urban Radar since March 2019, Philippe leads an independent data analytics platform focused on empowering cities with mobility data insights while ensuring data privacy for operators. Additionally, Philippe serves as an advisor for Urban AI and contributes to the World Economic Forum's Center for the 4th Industrial Revolution. As a guest lecturer at Stanford University, Philippe teaches courses on public-private partnerships, finance, and project development. Previously, Philippe held significant leadership roles at Mott MacDonald, including Vice President and Founder and Managing Director for France, where responsibilities ranged from launching regional offices to managing multimillion-dollar transportation projects. Other notable positions include board membership at the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships and the founding of City Acting, a successful acting and public speaking training company. Philippe holds degrees from CentraleSupélec and Université de Bordeaux.
