Herniesha Reese is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Community Ambassador at Urban Alchemy since April 2022, Herniesha previously held the position of Head Chef at Good Eggs from October 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included menu planning and development, as well as research and development for meal kits and recipe cards. Herniesha has also worked as a Kitchen Supervisor at Compass Group and as a Sous Chef at 25 Lusk, where tasks included quality assurance and training of new employees. Earlier experiences include serving as Lead Line Cook at Cotogna and Line Cook at Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard. Herniesha holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education, completed in 2012.

UA prioritizes employing former long-term offenders who have dedicated their lives to healing and redemption through service. UA utilizes the transformative power of love, passion, respect, and a sense of belonging to reshape the lives of society’s most vulnerable members, into society’s most valued members.
