Kelly Christiel

Kelly Christiel is honored to pursue her youth development journey as Program Director with Urban Alliance as of March 2022. Kelly has worked in profit and nonprofit organizations supporting communities in the Chicagoland area for 16+ years. Kelly has specialized in; school-based childcare, Out of School Time (OST), and arts education programming. Throughout her career, Kelly’s primary focus has been project, classroom, event, and multi-site management with an emphasis on educational leadership and program quality.

In 2011, Kelly earned her M.A. from Northeastern Illinois University in Inner City Studies and a B.S. from Lincoln University (MO.) in Journalism in 2002.

Kelly is a lifelong Chicagoan, raised on the southside! She enjoys being a tourist in her city by exploring various cultural events, museums, entertainment venues, and restaurants throughout Chicago!
