LaShonda Boldon

LaShonda joined Urban Alliance Baltimore in February 2019, where she has served students in various roles, currently as Program Director. LaShonda has an extensive background in the human services field, working as a Family Advocate in North Carolina before moving to Maryland to work with the State of Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. She came to Urban Alliance after serving as a Family Advocate in Baltimore for three and a half years. She also holds a master’s degree in human services from Capella University. As a Program Director, LaShonda is committed to carrying out the mission and goals of the organization, as well as supporting and helping youth discover their strengths and minimize challenges. LaShonda is passionate about helping disadvantaged young people and working to support them as they grow into adulthood.
