Partnerships and Curriculum

The Partnerships and Curriculum team at Urban Alliance designs and implements educational programs and training curricula for under-resourced youth while fostering and managing strategic relationships with employers and external partners to secure paid internships and mentorship opportunities. This team plays a critical role in aligning curriculum with employer needs and expanding partnership networks to ensure successful youth empowerment and career readiness.
