Giovanni Zambrano, CMIT

Giovanni Zambrano, CMIT has been working in the construction industry since 2007. Giovanni began their career at Segmore Construction, LLC. as a Supervisor/Manager, where they were responsible for supervising and leading a group of 8-15 employees, as well as assisting the C.E.O. In 2014, they moved to Pav-Lak Contracting, Inc. where they took on the role of Assistant Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Roy Anderson Related Construction Holdings, LLC - R.A.R. as a Project Manager. Giovanni continued in this role for three years before joining Gilbane Building Company in 2018, again as a Project Manager. Most recently, they began working as a Project Manager at Urban Atelier Group in 2021.

Giovanni Zambrano has an educational background that includes a Masters in Construction Management from New York University, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Giovanni also holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from The City College of New York, obtained between 1998 and 2006. Giovanni attended St. Agnes High School prior to that. In addition, they hold a CMIT certification, obtained in June 2014, as well as Fire Safety Management (FSM) certification from the New York City Fire Department and OSHA 10 certification.
