Robert Ferraro has worked in the construction industry since 1999. Robert began their career as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc., where they performed quantity take offs and developed conceptual estimates for residential and commercial projects, as well as assisted in purchasing all architectural trades, assisted in GMP development and contributed to the WTC Disaster Recovery effort. In 2002, they moved to Pavarini McGovern as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager, where they were responsible for all procurement and managed day to day activities for the Belnord Courtyard Renovation Project and 640 Fifth Avenue Renovation Project. In 2005, they joined Gotham | Developer Owner Manager as a Project Manager - Building Envelope/Architectural Finishes, and procured and managed over $20M at Millennium Tower and $60M at River Place II, as well as delivered lobby and amenity spaces, art wall and courtyard ornamental metals elements, and completed LEED documentation. In 2012, they moved to ZDG, LLC as a Project Manager - Building Envelope, where they procured and delivered over $40M of Building Envelope Trade Contracts and led the coordination of nearly a dozen firms to successfully complete a highly complex facade. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Plaza Construction as a Senior Project Manager and Structural Trade Project Manager, where they were responsible for budget, schedule and quality deliverables, contributed to pre-construction and value engineering studies, responsible for procurement and GMP development, and contributed to presentation/project win. Currently, they are a Lead Project Manager at Urban Atelier Group.

Robert Ferraro received their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Pratt Institute in 1987, majoring in Building Construction Technology. Robert then returned to Pratt Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management in 1999. In 2003, they graduated from New York University with a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate, with a concentration in Development and Investment.
