Soufiane NEZILI, P.E. has worked in various engineering positions since 2010. Soufiane began their career as a Transportation Construction Inspector at NYSDOT in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Engineer at the NYC Department of Design and Construction, where they managed capital construction projects and coordinated between the contractor and the architect. In 2012, they worked as an Engineer Intern at GACE Consulting Engineers PC (Goldstein Associates), where they performed daily analysis and design of steel and concrete structural members. Soufiane also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at CCNY Grove School of Engineering that same year. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at GACE Consulting Engineers DPC, progressing from Engineer to Senior Engineer to Design Engineer. In 2017, they became the Lead Project Manager at Urban Atelier Group.

Soufiane NEZILI, P.E. has an extensive educational background. Soufiane obtained a BE in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York in 2012, followed by a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Structural Engineering from The City College of New York in 2014. Soufiane also attended Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion d'Agadir from 2004 to 2006, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Currently, they are enrolled in Pace University - Lubin School of Business.

In addition to their educational background, Soufiane NEZILI, P.E. has obtained several certifications. Soufiane obtained an OSHA30 from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in October 2017, a New York State PE License from the New York State Education Department in January 2017, an ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector from the American Concrete Institute, and an EIT from the New York State Education Department.
