William Culviner

William Culviner is an experienced professional in construction estimating, currently serving as Estimating Manager at Urban Atelier Group since March 2021, after progressing through roles from Estimator to Senior Estimator. Prior experiences include estimating roles at KBE-NY and Schimenti Construction Company, as well as project estimating at Downes Construction Company and KBE Building Corporation, where William developed detailed estimates for various construction projects. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, William possesses proficiency in estimating software such as On-Screen, Sage Estimating, and Excel, and has a strong background in managing bids and collaborating with subcontractors.
