Anna Clemency is an experienced professional in the entertainment and customer service sectors, currently serving as Axe Master General and Manager at Urban Axes since June 2016. Previously, Anna held positions as Box Office Manager at both The Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre and World Cafe Live, where responsibilities included directing scheduling and training for teams, as well as coordinating improvements in guest interactions. Anna began their career at Two River Theater as a Box Officer, assisting patrons with ticket purchases and providing information about performances and events. Anna holds a BA in Music with a concentration in Music Industry from Monmouth University, completed in 2010.
