Damien Courtecuisse

Damien Courtecuisse has worked in the property management industry since 2012. Damien began their career as an Assistant Gestionnaire Immobilier at CGAP Immobilier in 2012. Damien then moved to Century 21 in 2013 as a Négociateur Immobilier. In 2014, they became a Gestionnaire Immobilier at Pagesti, followed by a role as Responsable Gestion Locative at Agence de l'Empereur in 2015. In 2016, they became Responsable de Site at ICF Habitat La Sablière. In 2017, they moved to Pantin Habitat as Chef de Secteur. In 2018, they joined CDC Habitat as Property Manager and has since held the same role at both Urban Campus and SCAPRIM Property Management since 2022.

Damien Courtecuisse has a diverse educational background. Damien obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Science from La Salle - Passy Buzenval in 2012. Damien then went on to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic from l'Institut Franco Européen de Chiropraxie (IFEC) in 2016. Damien also completed a Master 1 in Law of Real Estate, Environment, and Urbanism from UPVD Alumni in 2016. The following year, they completed a Master 2 in Management and Development of Real Estate Patrimony from Universite de Lorraine. In 2017, they obtained a Master Professional in Real Estate (Law, Management, and Management) from l'Ecole Supérieure de l'Immobilier. Additionally, Damien Courtecuisse holds a TOEIC Listening & Reading certification from Paris, obtained in 2008.
