Orla Gibson

Orla Gibson is an accomplished marketing and events professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing large-scale events. Currently, as the Head of Marketing and Events at Urban Climb Pty Ltd since September 2016, Orla oversees all aspects of event management, marketing campaigns, and social media strategy while fostering team development. Previous roles include Events Manager, where responsibilities included executing various events and developing sponsorship strategies, as well as Team Leader, focusing on customer relations and community engagement. Orla gained valuable industry insights through internships at Brisbane Festival, The Sit Down Comedy Club, and Woodford Folk Festival, and has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Creative Industries from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maastricht University.
